What areas do you service?
We are locaed in Wilmington Delaware and serve all ares within a 50 mile readios encluding
areas of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
How do I reserve my package?
You are welcome to book online right through our website whenever you are ready. Click the “BOOK NOW” link to get started! Most of our clients reserve their package 2-3 months in advance of their date.
How long does a Photo Booth take to set up?
Setting up a photo booth typically takes about 60-90 minutes depending on the optipons you choose. We will arrive early to ensure everything is ready for your event. We do not charge for idle hours.
How much does it cost to rent your photo booth?
Our photo booth prices start at $450 for two hours. The final price will depend on the length of your rental and the type of booth you choose. We pride ourselves on our simple, low cost, all inclusive pricing. Get a free quote by filling out our online form here.
Do I need to provide wifi and power for the photo booth?
We come prepared with our own power supply and wifi concctecton. Its great that venues be equipped with these things as they will serve as backups to what we will bring with us.
Is there a limit to the number of photos my guests can take during the rental period?
Nope! There's no limit at all. We encouage all our guest to take and print as many photos as they want. We want you to have as much fun as possible.
How much space do I need for setting up the photo booth?
While we can pretty much set up in any spaces, we recommend a 10x10 foot area for the comfort of your guests and our team. If needed, we can discuss other options to accommodate your event.
How far in advance should I book a photo booth for my event?
Book your photo booth early! Popular dates can fill up quickly, so it's best to book yours as soon as possible. We recommend booking at least two-three months in advance, but we often book popular dates over a year out. If you know you want a photo booth, reach out to us right away to secure your date. We can do last-minute bookings if we have the resources, but we can't guarantee availability.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
There is a 25% deposit required to reserve any booking. If the cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the rental date, a full refund less the deposit will be provided. If cancelled less than 7 days before the rental date only 50% of the cost will be refunded less the deposit. Deposits are not refunded under any circumstance or for any reason.
